Please complete the following information for your online membership application. After completing the form, you will be taken to our payment gateway where you can pay your membership dues by credit card. Your membership application request and payment will be reviewed promptly.

Once your application for membership has been accepted - you will be sent a Welcome Email with instructions on how to create your online account and set-up your company profile. Your profile will be included in either the online Member Directory or the Vendor Directory.

You have selected the Delivery/Logistics : Up to $1 million membership level.

Courier/Delivery and Logistics: We are primarily a messenger, courier or delivery industry service firm and wish to join FMA as an active, voting member.

The price for membership is $99.00 per Year.

Membership expires after 1 Year.
For Federal Income Tax purposes, membership dues, sponsorships, and contributions to this Association are deductible as business expenses but not as charitable donations.
