Please complete the following information for your online membership application. After completing the form, you will be taken to our payment gateway where you can pay your membership dues by credit card. Your membership application request and payment will be reviewed promptly.

Once your application for membership has been accepted - you will be sent a Welcome Email with instructions on how to create your online account and set-up your company profile. Your profile will be included in either the online Member Directory or the Vendor Directory.

Membership Categories and Dues Investment Schedule

You have selected the Vendor Member membership level.

Courier/Delivery and Logistic Industry: We are a provider of services to the Courier, Delivery, Messenger, or Logistic industry and wish to join the FMA as a Vendor Member.  We understand this is a nonvoting membership and that our application is subject to review and approval by the FMA’s Board of Directors.

The price for membership is $199.00 per Year.

Membership expires on February 15, 2025.
For Federal Income Tax purposes, membership dues, sponsorships, and contributions to this Association are deductible as business expenses but not as charitable donations.
